Shipping policy

All SEOULGLOW orders ship from Seoul, Republic of Korea.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Korean public holidays are processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES
Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore) - USD 19.00 - 3 to 5 business days
Americas and Middle East (United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Israel) - USD 28.00 - 5 to 8 business days
Europe (17 countries) - USD 31.00 - 5 to 8 business days
Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch and exclude customs clearance, which can add several days.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Orders shipped outside Korea may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. The recipient is responsible for paying them. Please check your country's allowance for personal imports of cosmetics before ordering.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to become active.

LOST, DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email e-commerce@seoulglowglobal.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct - parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or unpaid customs charges will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
